Cooking Rfissa with Amine Bousksou

We spent a great day with Amine Bousksou – the magic cook from Agadir, cooking a very special chicken dish called Rfissa.
Gerlinde supports the day-to-day operations of the campground and manages our on-site restaurant, “La Petite Tente Bleue.” She spent many years working as a teacher in Germany, and her passion for both art and sports means she naturally gravitates toward organizing events and activities. She leads hikes in the hills and villages surrounding the campground and also arranges longer outings by car or coordinated taxi convoys for small groups. Gerlinde is much more than just the friendly face of the campground—she is truly the heart of it.
